You set an ordinary cooking pot on the ground within range and bang it with a ladle, causing it to grow it into a Large cauldron filled with boiling stew until the spell ends. While so enlarged, the pot is invulnerable.
The cooking pot then magically draws in potential ingredients. Each creature of your choice within 30 feet of the pot must succeed on a Strength saving throw, or be magically drawn into the pot.
While inside the pot, a creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the pot, and it takes 2d4 fire damage at the start of each of its turns. A creature with resistance or immunity to fire damage takes acid damage instead.
A creature trapped inside the pot can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, it escapes the pot, appearing in the nearest unoccupied space to it.
A creature outside the pot and within 5 feet of it can use its action to attempt to tip the pot over by making a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, the pot tips and spills out, ending the spell and freeing all creatures trapped inside.
A creature reduced to 0 hit points while in the pot is cooked. A cooked creature and everything it is wearing and carrying, except magic items, is transformed into a foodstuff of your choice, and can be restored to life only by means of a true resurrection or a wish spell.
Foodstuff produced by this spell functions as a potion of healing when consumed, but loses its potency and spoils if uneaten after 24 hours.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 2d4 for each slot level above 2nd.
Furthermore when you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the quality of the foodstuff produced improves, making it function as a potion of greater healing when you use a spell slot of 4th or 5th level, a potion of superior healing when you use a spell slot of 6th or 7th level, or a potion of supreme healing when you use a spell slot of 8th level or higher.
