Acid
A small bead of cyan acid blossoms in your hand, floating gently above it. Make a melee spell attack against a creature within 5 feet of you. On a hit they take 1d6 acid damage, and then take an additional 1d6 acid damage at the beginning of their next turn.
This spell's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6). This applies to both the initial damage, as well as the lingering damage.

Posted Sep 13, 2021I like how the two sources of damage makes this an excellent anti-spellcaster option if you can get within reach. Two instances of damage means that they basically make their concentration saves against it with disadvantage.

Posted Sep 14, 2021Now you're getting it ;) Its a little homage to Melf. Very scary to take with an eldritch knight with mage slayer. Happy playing!
