If the creature is willing, they are pushed up to 15 feet in a direction of your choice without provoking opportunity attacks, and any creatures within 5 feet of their original space must make a dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC, taking 2d6 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
If the creature is unwilling, they must make a dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 and the target can be pushed an additional 5 feet for each slot level above 2nd.
