Arcane Shatter

As you cast this spell, you attempt to disrupt any arcane effect affecting or lingering upon an object that you decide when you draw the sigils upon the ground. Any arcane effect upon that object that hasn't been cast by a creature with divine energy, will instantly break upon finishing the sigils or will be reset. Any arcane effect of 7th level or lower will instantly be dispelled, but if it is of 8th level or higher it will just be reset to when it originally was cast.

You can choose to reset any arcane effect instead of dispelling it if you wish to.
