This transformation can only be used if you have dragon blood
If the user gets to half hp and can roll a 20 by 20 die: 
if it rolls 10 or up the users right eye will turn all black and the pupil will turn snow white and the left eye is reversed.
if it rolls 9 or down the user will have marks around their body's and there mana usage will get reduced by half and they can only use these spells:
Dimension travel
teleportation
Projection
Any Kenjustu
If the user is level 15 or higher he can use this form willing but every 30 minutes  it drains their mana by 80.
Effects:
The user will be able to teleport teammates and foes with ease 
The user can make giant portals 
The eyes can track anything magical 
The user will have new ability
If you look the user in the eyes you would be put in a illusion for 5 rounds
If the user uses this the user becomes more violent. The user can see invisible  foes
Special abilities:
 Dragon illusion slash:The user will move there hand in front of them creating a giant invisible slash
Dimension travel:Makes a portal anywhere he has been before
Time reversal:Reverses time 10 sec.
Elemental rasengan:This is a rasengan with all elements
Dragon rasengan:This is a rasengan that locks mana if it hits and does 5x damage with a roll but this takes half of you mana
