You attempt to interrupt a creature in the process of using a ranged weapon. When you do so, the damage taken from the attack is reduced by 1d10 + your intellegence modifier + spell level. If the Damage is reduced to zero the weapon is damaged and must be repaired 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, increace damage reduction by +1 per level
