Charged Static

You touch a willing creature, charging them with static energy. Until the spell ends, the creature can use its action to make a ranged spell attack against a target it can see within 60 feet of it. On a hit the target takes 1d12 lightning damage and it cannot take reactions until the start of its next turn.

At Higher Levels. The damage of this spell increases by 1d12 for every 2 spell slots above 1st level.
