Belial has granted you the ability to charm a humanoid with your kiss. You can automatically charm a level 1 or 0 level humanoid simply by giving them a kiss. The humanoid is charmed by you until the spell ends (determined by the DM and not shared with the players). The charmed creature regards you as a friendly acquaintance. The creature will have an uncontrollable desire to become a minstrel and start to sing of your greatness in all things. After the spell ends they do not know that they were charmed by you. You continue to have advantage on any CHA role with these creatures for life.
The creatures will be open to suggestion but will not do anything out of their character. For example a lawful good merchant won't commit murder for you. Randomly, determined by the DM a kissed creature will be overwhelmed with your passion and will go on a killing spree in your name. They will kill whomever they can and as many as they can before being stopped or the spell ends. Even in this case if they are not locked away, after the spell they are basically in your fan club and you have advantage on CHA roles with them.
You can only use this action once per long rest.
