Constellation

Form a constellation using starlight to give one of 3 effects:

Starwings: Form wings from the starlight and gain a flying speed of 30 feet or give 15 feet of flying speed to a target.

Barrier: Form a 10 foot barrier of starlight in front of you. It grants full cover and has 30 hit points.

Star Soldier: Summon a nebulous soldier. It has 10 hit points and can follow simple commands like interacting with objects, opening & closing things, distraction, etc. It cannot be used to attack.
