Blood Spear

You draw upon your own life force and manifest it into a spear . You lose 1d4 hit points and can make a ranged spell attack on a target within 60 ft of you. On a hit the target takes 1d6 necrotic damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher the damage increases to 2d6 necrotic damage or higher based off the level cast,  and you can also sacrifice an additional 1d4 hit points and add this to the total damage.
