Apocalypse from the Sky

You rip open a tear in the fabric of the material plain raining absolute death and destruction on the land.

All creatures and objects within 10 miles per caster level (in an area centered on the caster) takes 12d12 fire, acid or force damage (this includes the caster of the spell). This damage will level forests, topple mountains and destroy cities.

However, the scale and magical force of this spell take a toll on the caster, who is mentally drained. For 2d10 days after casting this spell, the casters Intelligence and Charisma are reduced to 5.  The only thing that can reduce the time needed to recover is a boon from a God or the Wish spell.
