Affirmation

Upon completion of this spell, one willing humanoid creature you touch changes their physical appearance to match their self-image. The target decides what they look like, including their gender, height, facial features, voice, hair length, coloration, and distinguishing characteristics. They cannot make themselves appear as a member of another humanoid race, and none of their game statistics change. Once completed, this physical change is permanent.
