Armor of Vines

You touch a willing creature. Until the spell ends, the target is covered in vines which provide an AC of 16.  As a bonus action the target may use the thorn whip cantrip, using the casting modifier of the spell caster.  The target is vulnerable to fire attacks while wearing this vine armor.
