Beam Dragon

Harnessing the inner benevolence of the mighty dragon, you fire off a projection of a radiant dragon and send it crashing from the heavens above. Each creature in a 15-foot-radius cylinder centered on that point you see within 60ft must make a Constitution saving throw or take 4d10 Radiant damage on a failed save and become blinded for 1 minute and half as much damage and not become blinded on a successful save. Dragons and Undead take this saving throw at disadvantage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 4th.
