Arrest

You have the braclet with the gold clasp attached to your wrist and you must attach the braclet with the silver clasp to your targets wrist. You may either make a ranged attack (30ft) or a melee attack to attach the braclet to your target. You may attach the braclet to the target without attacking if they give you their consent. You may then cast this spell as a bonus action and the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC.
