You summon a blaze of colorless flame to your hand. You can pick the color of the flame and as a free action the flame emits bright light for 20-feet and dim light for an additional 20-feet. While you hold the flame, it doesn't harm you or your equipment. For the duration you can choose one of the three options :
Touch.Make a melee spell attack against a creature within 5 feet of you.You can empower a melee weapon or your hands to strike out against a creature. On a hit, the creature takes 3d10 Fire and 3d10 force damage.
Hurl. Make a ranged spell attack against a creature you can see within 150 feet of you. You hurl a ball of flame and force at it. On a hit, the creature takes 3d10 Fire and 3d10 force damage.
Breathe. You breathe in the flame, then exhale it in a 30-foot-cone in front of you. Creatures in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw, creatures that fail the saving throw take 3d6 Fire and 3d6 force damage. If they succeed, they take half as much.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the Fire and force damage increases by 1d10 per spell level for the Touch and Hurl options, and by 1d6 per spell level for the Breathe option.
