You do some fancy hand gestures and you remove your shadow. Your shadow turns into an exact replica of you.
The clone thinks on its own, but since it would be you it thinks like you. You do not have direct control over the clone, but can communicate with it telepathically and will most likely think almost, if not the exact same as the caster.
The clone mimics all the stats of the original item damage, speed, spells etc. other than health, if the clone is hit with any attack, the clone dies, additionally the clone gains no benefit from spells that; heal, give temporary hit points, give extra AC or revive the clone.
The clone is not affected by any conditions; poison, prone, charmed, restrained, incapacitated etc.
If the clone is within 5 feet of the caster, when the caster casts any ranged spell the clone can assist them and add an extra 1d6 to the attack, though the caster cannot assist the clone in casting any spells
Once this spell is cast, it cannot be cast again until the previous clone has been dispelled or killed.
The clone cannot be casted in darkness for the reason that it is made of shadow and you have no shadow in the darkness
The clone looks identical to the caster the only difference is with an inspection against your spell save DC the inspector can see that the clone has no colour in their eyes they are just white with a black inky dot instead
The clone also shares initiative with the caster.
