Bottled Message

You write a message on a piece of parchment and place it in a bottle.  You speak the name of a recipient and throw the bottle into the ocean.  Within the next 10 days, the next time the recipient is near a natural body of water, they will notice the bottle floating near the edge of the body of water.  The spell fails if you do not throw the bottle in the ocean within 1 minute of casting this spell, or the recipient is not near a natural body of water within the next 10 days.
