Arcane Scribe

This spell is a multipurpose spell for all things written, and has a number of uses.

• You can copy written information from one non-living medium to another, including from things such as engravings to paper and vice versa, at a rate of 20 characters per second.
• You can transfer written information from one medium to another, at a rate of 20 characters per second, taking the information form its source, leaving it blank.  This technique can be used to destroy written information leaving the medium undamaged, taking up the written information, and simply not placing it down before the spell ends.
• You can use this spell to scribe, writing without need for pen or ink, spell scribe can write at a rate of spell casting ability modifier × 10 words per minute.  (cannot replace ink spell components, or for wizard spell transcription.)
