You connect yourself with a creature with which you are familiar. For up to 2 minutes or until you break concentration, you and the receiver are able to talk to each other telepathically. The receiver can choose to break the connection by using an action to end the spell themselves.

You can send the message across any distance and even to other planes of existence.
