burning vines

upon casting this spell vines erupt from the ground and wrap around a single target on a failed strength save the vines take hold and the target becomes restrained. At the end of each of the targets turns they can use an action to try another strength save to break free of the vines.

As an action on each consecutive turn you can surge magical fire through the vines to deal 2d6 fire damage to the target while it is restrained in this way.

When cast at a higher level above 3rd you can add another target per level to a max of 7 targets at 9th level.
