You pull on the strings of the weave, grasping and pulling your physical mind and body back into the past. You are transported up to 10 mins back in time to prevent yourself from taking the triggering damage, usually by a message in your past self's mind or by physically interacting, however you have to act this out with the dm in a plausible way or else it will fail.

At higher levels you can go back further and also go back for other reasons however if you stay longer than the time dictated there will be consequences (chosen by the DM and you take 3d12 necrotic damage as a result of distorting timelines incorrectly
