White Noise

Ultimate Magic: White Noise.

Everything in a 1-mile radius is transported into a white colored dead-magic zone. Only the caster is able to utilize magic within this subspace. Any beings summoned by magical means are immediately returned to their plane of existence or disintegrated if they are unable to return. Any active spells are immediately broken. Entities sustained by magical means are subject to rules of normality. Entities outside of the 1-mile radius are affected by a combination of both charm and illusory effects influencing their perception of the missing individuals and entities. In a sense while the sub-space is active, all entities within the space are non-existent. Entities that do not return from the sub-space are erased from the memories of individuals and historical records of the material plane. To fall unconscious in this sub-space is to immediately vanish from existence, damage taken can never be healed and memories of the sub-space vanish upon returning to the material plane; including those of the caster.

Individuals in the sub-space are not affected by the ravages of time, no-one knows how long time passes within the space. However, it is said that a being exists within the plane who is capable of Grand Magic and the ability of Atomic Level Destruction (d100 encounter roll).

To return to the material plane the wearer of the Bracers must speak the power word reditus. This cannot be dispelled by known means.
