Your body begins to surge and becomes surrounded by a ball of electricity. You move up to your movement speed, in a straight line in any direction. This movement ignores difficult terrain and you are considered to be hovering 1 foot above the ground. Your movement ends when you hit a creature or solid object. If you collide with a creature, the target must make a Constitution Saving Throw. On a failure, the target takes 4d8 lightning damage and is considered stunned until the start of your next turn. On a success, the target takes half as much damage and is not stunned.
Upcasting this spell increases the lightning damage by 1d8 for each level cast above 3rd, casting this spell at 5th level or higher allows you to move up to twice your movement speed.
