Bring to Trial

You quickly shout an arrest warning forcing a creature to succeed a Wisdom saving throw, on a failed save a glowing circle appears around the creature. For the duration of the spell that creature cannot attack or cast spells, and if commanded it must follow the caster at whatever distance the caster chooses. At the end of each minute, the creature can attempt this saving throw again. If the creature were to take damage they may also attempt this saving throw with advantage.
