You create a 100ft sphere located anywhere within range. The sphere is translucent and blurs any sight inside from everybody except the spell caster who is outside of it. Any creatures within the spell cannot escape. Dispel magic will not work to rid of the spell. The spell caster and any creature it chooses can walk in and out of the cell at any time. Magic items and spells are unable to be used inside the cell.
