You touch a written work (such as a book, scroll, or tablet) and instantaneously absorb all the information written within the work. After absorption, all writing in the work is erased. Pictures, charts, maps and other non-writing information is not absorbed into memory and are thus not erased from the work. Magical texts cannot be absorbed.
