you have to yawn loudly with an palpaple apathy while holding the sloth statue.
you breath out a wave of negativ energy that spreads out in a 90-foot cone, affecting everyone in its range, both allies and enemies.
they all must make a wisdom saving throw. On a failed saved they are hit with an overwhelming sense of apathy, making them lie prone on the ground and not responding to anything for 1d4 rounds. On a succesfull save they shrug of the apathy taking 5d6 psychic damage in the process.
the sloth statue can be used to cast this spell again, but it will break the statue unless a week has passed since the last activation.
i did not come up with this idea myself, i got it from a sloth monster from a novel i've read with this spell as an innate ability.
* - (a small sloth statue, that can stand in your hand, made of two kilograms of pure adamant, worth 20.000 gp (depending on the worth of adamantite in you world))
