Column of Consecration

A vertical column of holy light slams down from the heavens in a location you specify this spell can only be cast outside. In a 30- foot-radius, 1000-foot-high cylinder centered on a point within range must make a Constitution saving throw, Each creature other than you within a 120 range of feet of the cylinder is knocked prone. On a failed save creatures in the cylinder takes 30d10 radiant damage and then suffers an effect based on its current hit points:
50 hit points or fewer: blinded for 7 days
40 hit points or fewer: blinded indefinitely
30 hit points or fewer: killed instantly body turns to dust and can only be resurrected by a wish spell

On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and suffers no additional affects.
