Wish is the mightiest spell a mortal creature can cast. By simply speaking aloud, you can alter the very foundations of reality in accord with your desires.
You can do anything you want without any adverse effects. Everything you describe happens perfectly. You describe the effect, not the GM. The only restriction is that you may not prevent yourself from the 1d10 roll or give yourself anyway to skip the roll and its effect.
The stress of casting this spell to produce any effect other than duplicating another spell weakens the natural world. You suffer no adverse effects present in the normal Wish spell, however after casting the spell roll 1d10, if the result is less than 5, every living thing in the universe (not multiverse), excluding you and 8 creatures of your choice, dies immediately. If the spell has been cast before and a result lower than 5 has been rolled, you and the 8 creatures you chose to save will die if a result lower than 5 is rolled.
