You point at your enemy and you laugh at it and tease it. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw, taking psychic damage equal to (2d6) plus your spellcasting ability modifier on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. On a failed save, the creature has disadvantage on attack rolls against creatures other than yourself until the start of your next turn. The creature also has disadvantage on the next ability check or saving throw that involves Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma. If the creature that is currently concentrating on a spell fails the saving throw, it loses concentration as the teasing is too distracting.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a 2nd-level spell slot or higher, you can target one additional creature for each spell slot level above 1st.
