You must cut your arm or hand and the blood must flow through out the casting of the spell and only when its complete the spell comes into effect it targets a 20 by 20 square anything in the chosen area once cast must make a death save or have the full effect of the spell take effect doing 10 D12 damage plus 60 points of damage half on making the saving throw 5 D12 plus 30. If this kills the body or body's of those it kills explodes doing 5 D8 damage to everything in 40 of the spell
