Slap (version 1.1)

Your target(s), which can be up to 1+the spell's level, feel a slap, wherever you chose. It cannot miss or fail. It could be used to send a message.

At higher levels. Increased number of targets; on anyone you know well, it can reach up to 100 miles of you, it can then effect then a number of creatures equal to 1+the spell's level minus the number of miles past the spell's range divided by 10, divided  by 1 if number of miles past range are less than 10.
