An immobile bed and breakfast springs into existence around you. You determine what the bed and breakfast looks like and how it's decorated, with an initial area of a 40-foot cube. You can make all 40 feet a dining table with chairs, or all 40 feet be beds, it is entirely up to your creativity. You can create any sort of furnishings you wish for the rooms, though the comfort provided to the sleeping creature will always simply be that of a normal bed, regardless of how regal or comfortable (or uncomfortable) you make the beds appear.
You can comfortably fit one Medium-sized creature for every 5 feet of Bedroom space created.
Any walls or roofs created by this spell are only strong enough to withstand a strong breeze. They have AC 10 and 5 hit points for each wall/roof. Any doors, nightstands, lockboxes, or anything else created by this spell are a DC 10 Thieves' Tools check to unlock (or you can create them with no locks if desired). It is possible to cast Arcane Lock or apply a Lock of Trickery to any lockable object created by the spell, however, once the spell ends, the Arcane Lock dispels and the Lock of Trickery simply harmlessly floats down to the ground where it was located.
You can make the food taste like and look like anything you wish, though the food simply provides enough nourishment to sustain a creature for 1 day. You can create enough food to feed up to 9 creatures of Medium size (or 3 steeds) for a day. Any uneaten food, furniture, walls, or anything else created by this spell magically disappears after the duration is over.
