Water Escape

By stepping into any body of water with a radius larger than the caster's body, you can slip into the elemental plane of water and reappear on top of the next closest body of water on the same plane.  100% accuracy if the caster can see their exit point within 60 ft, however if chance is your guide its DM discretion on where you may appear in the next closest body of water, distance or direction has no limit at that point, so choose wisely.  An iced over body of water is considered a closed portal junction. The caster must be able to reappear on the top of the body of water without taking up space of another object or person.  If the closest body of water doesn't meet those parameters, the next closest is chosen as the exit point and so-on.
