When a creature within range takes damage, you can use your reaction to reverse the flow of time around and within its body to undo a measure of the harm they've suffered. The following description assumes that the triggering damage was the result of an attack, however, damage caused by traps or environmental effects may also trigger your use of this spell.

The effect takes place at the end of another creature's action, reversing up to 100 hp of damage to a single target. If the action includes more than one attack, such a monster's multiattack action, the spell takes effect after all attacks for the action are resolved, and it reverses only the damage inflicted during the action. If the target creature was reduced to 0hp during the turn, the spell revives them to consciousness, and even reverses the touch of death so long as the spell is sufficient to restore them to at least 1 hp. However, it does not undo other conditions afflicted during the creature's turn, nor reverse any forced movement.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a 6th level spell slot or higher, you may target one additional target per spell slot above 5th, dividing the restored hit points as equally as possible between each target.
