Axolonian heal

The Axolonian heal is a healing spell only capable of being done by an Axolonian, it will regenerate the health of whatever it is used on. It will heal wounds, reform severed limbs within 3 days, and it can give whatever it is used on regeneration restoring 2hp every in battle turn for 6 turns, or 2hp every 2minutes while out of battle. (Also I had to make it have some class be able to use it I don't know how to change it but please only use it with Axolonian).
