This spell can be created only outside not depending on weather. When you cast this spell you create dark cloud of 60ft radius with center where you point within range and it start rain red dark necrotic energy. You have to sacrifice some of your health while casting this spell minimum of 2d8 necrotic damage.

This necrotic energy harm any living creature inside of 60ft radius, 60ft high cylinder. When a creature enters the area for first time or starts it´s turn there, it must make a Constitution saving throw against your DC. On a failed save, the creature takes 4d8 necrotic damage. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage. You may use a bonus action or action on each of your turns to move cloud up to 20ft. to a point within range

When you cast this spell you can suffer 1d8 more necrotic damage multiple times and choose additional effects for each of 1d8 you suffer but you can not take any option more then once:

  • Damage is increased by 2d8 necrotic damage
  • This spell has the inverse effect on undead. Undead in the spell's area instead heal for 2d8 when they enter the area for the first time or when they start their turn there.
  • Only Undead creature under your control are healed and other undead suffer damage as normal
  • humanoid and inteligent creatures (DM decide if they are affected or not) have to make  Wisdom saving throw against your DC. On a failed save they are frightened of you and any undead creatures inside this spell
  • Any humanoid killed by this spell raises as Zombie under your control
  • Casting this spell at Graveyard raises all dead humanoids as Skeleton or Zombie (depends on decompose state) under your control until this spell ends

If you used existing rain cloud you have advantige on Concentration rolls. Spell ends round after you lost concentration on it or after 1 minute.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 2d8 for each slot level above 5th.
