Bizarre Wave

After shouting arcane babble (aka "I'm sorry <enter DM's name>), the DM rolls 1d10, then madness time

Roll results:
1) nothing happens, no spell slot used
2) the DM waits until the caster's next turn, the rolls again (re-rolling 1)
3) a grape flavored candy cane falls from the heavens, dealing 1d4 psychic damage if it lands on a hostile creatures head
4) DM flips a coin for every creature in combat (if not in combat, re-roll), every creature that gets tails, takes 1 necrotic damage
5) a needed material for any spell the caster has, including this one, appears perfectly balanced on the caster's head
6) 1d4 non-hostile, non-venomous snakes appear, curled around a players arm
7) a non-evil, non-hostile Horned Devil appears to cheer on the party, then returns to the Nine Hells
8) a small tank, which all non-hostile creatures psychically know is called Sheer Heart Attack, appears and can be commanded to move by the caster
9) you begin hovering 1 ft above the ground for 1.75 minutes
10) roll 2d10, re-rolling if you roll the same thing twice or if you roll 1 or 10, both of the effects happen at once
