Vitriolic Frenzy

You unleash a furious tirade of insults & polemic at your foes. All hostile creatures within 30 feet that can hear you (they need not understand you) must make a Charisma saving throw. Enemies that fail their saving throw are Frightened of you and have disadvantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma saving throws for the duration. 

An affected creature may repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the effect on a success. This saving throw is not subject to the disadvantage effect applying to all other Charisma saves for the duration of the spell.
