Take forceful control over the blood of a target within range. The target you choose must make a Constitution saving throw or have their blood contorted to your will. When you cast this spell, and as an action afterwards you can designate a direction or a physical action for the creature to follow, which it must make to the best of its ability when you issue the command. These commands can cause it bodily harm.
As a bonus action you can contort the victim’s blood, causing it to suffer 3d10 necrotic damage. On their turn an affected creature must make a Strength check or be unable to move, as per the restrained condition; if they succeed, their movement is reduced by half. Affected creatures may make an additional Constitution saving throw at the end of their turn, ending the effect on a success. Creatures lacking blood, such as constructs, or certain undead, are immune to this spell.
At Higher Levels: Casting this spell using a spell slot of 7th or higher allows you to target one additional creature for every 2 slot levels over 6th.
