Astral Justice

This spell calls on power from the Astral Plane to strike down a foe, fueled by your desire for justice. With a shout and downward stab of your weapon, a glowing and ethereal sword falls from the heavens and strikes a creature, dealing even and reliable damage.

Make a ranged spell attack against one creature in the area of the spell. On a hit, it takes 9+spellcasting ability modifier Slashing damage, and an additional 1d4 Radiant damage. If you or the target are below full HP, the flat damage increases by 3.

If cast above 1st level, for each spell slot expended beyond first the flat damage increases by 3.
