Cold
A pale, cold streak flashes from your pointing finger to a point you choose within range and then blossoms into a freezing zone of cold and and ice, covering the area. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw.
A target takes 5d6 cold damage and is frozen, reducing it's movement speed by 10 feet until the end of it's next turn, on a failed save, or half as much damage and is not frozen on a successful one. The ice spreads around corners, expanding to envelope the entire area of the sphere.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
