Aura of Neutrality

You channel your mana to absorb and direct excess moisture in the air, making it clean and heal those around you in a 20 foot sphere (follows caster). 

Within the area of effect, all non-hostiles recover 10 + twice your Wizard level + your spellcasting modifier per (in-game) minute, as well as having their clothes cleaned, hydrating them, and making breathing a bit easier. Status effects also dissipate 25% faster than they normally would (rounded up).
