When you cast this spell, light winds form in a 5 foot radius around you and move with you. These winds impose disadvantage on any ranged weapon attack made against you. The wind can move light, loose objects like paper, but are not strong enough for anything else.

At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a 4th-level spell slot, the radius of the winds increase to 10 feet, and also impose disadvantage on melee weapon attacks made against you.
