Arcane Burst

You concentrate part of the arcane weave into a single point, causing it to explode violently from your hand. Each creature in a 15ft cone must make a dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d8 force damage on a failed save, and is thrown 15 ft back. If a creature succeeds its saving throw, it takes half as much damage and is not thrown back.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd, and the targets are pushed back an additional 5ft.
