Chillsby's Yawning Yodel

You let out a magically enhanced yodel, which reverberates outward within 30 ft. Hostile targets within range must make a Wisdom saving throw or start yawning and becoming sleepy. Until the end of their next turn, their movement is halved and they can not take reactions. At the end of their turn, they can repeat the saving throw. On a second failure, they are put to sleep. They can be awoken as someone normally would while asleep, but if left alone, will sleep for the duration of their long rest.
