Boswell's Ghost Breath (Cotton Cantrip)

You manifest a crystalline web of spun sugar within range. Manipulating the web as one would manipulate the weave, you are able to create a mass of cotton candy and add any of the following effects to it as a bonus action:

• You choose a colour for up to 5 cubic feet of cotton candy material. The changes last for 1 hour.
• You choose a flavour for up to 5 cubic feet of cotton candy material for 1 hour. The flavour can be anything you choose. The changes last for 1 hour.
• You cause the candy floss to form into simple shapes and animate at your direction.
• You cause shapes, colours, or both to appear on the candy's crystalline surface, spelling out words, creating images, or shaping patterns. The changes last for 1 hour.
• You instantaneously cause the candy to harden, creating a candy lollipop or another type of candy based on the chosen shape and flavour.
• You can also attack with the hardened candy, although doing so ends the spell. When you cast this spell, or as an action on a later turn, you can hurl the hard candy at a creature within 30 feet of you. Make a ranged spell attack (Or melee spell attack for a lollipop strike). On a hit, the target takes 1d4 bludgeoning damage. (2d4 at 5th level, 4d4 at 11th level and 6d4 at 17th level.)

If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have up to three of its non-instantaneous effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as an action.

When you cast this spell, you also cause nearby flames to flicker, brighten, dim, or change colour for up to 1 minute.
