Abziu's Spellrending

Choose one creature within range. Any spell of level equal to the level this was cast at or lower ends on that creature. For each spell level worth of spells ended, the target takes 1d8 force damage.

If the spells were created within the last 8 hours, the original caster must make a Wisdom Saving Throw, or be unable to cast any of the spells that were ended by this spell until they complete a long rest. The DC increases by 2 for each spell that was ended.
