You extend your hand and the spell's target rockets through the air. The target is launched 1000 feet in a straight line in the direction of your outstretched hand.
The sudden acceleration is enough to cause fatal whiplash. The target takes 15d10 Force damage. A successful Dexterity saving throw halves this damage. Evasion does not function against this effect. If the target collides with an object or creature before or upon reaching 1000 feet, both the target and the object/creature take damage as if they had fallen 1000 feet (20d6 bludgeoning damage).
Alternatively, you may target yourself with this spell. When you do, you are launched 1000 feet in a straight line in any direction (you take no force damage). You still take falling damage if you collide with an object or creature (as does the object/creature).
